Wiltshire wedding
We were delighted to be asked to cater for the wedding of the lovely Lisa & Chris from London. The theme of the day was very much ‘English Country Garden’ & the bride & groom wanted “good, honest, simple food” for their 120 family & friends to share & bond over.

On arrival following the ceremony guests were met with glasses of Prosecco, Pimms & canapés:

• Goats cheese mousse with homemade red onion marmalade on crostini
• Lightly spiced vegetable fritters with minted yoghurt dip
• Rare roast beef, horseradish & rocket crostini
• Smoked salmon & horseradish cream blinis

• Selection of cured meats & British cheeses served with artichoke hearts, grilled peppers, caperberries, olives, nectarines, quince jelly and fresh bread

Main Course:
• Medium rare BBQ’d steak boards (well done for the 3 pregnant ladies in the room!)
• Crispy new potatoes
• Heritage tomato salad
• Rocket & watercress salad with parmesan shavings and balsamic glaze
• Summer slaw
• Selection of mustards & horseradish Dessert:
• Mini strawberry & vanilla cream pavlovas
• Mini elderflower & summer berry jellies
• Chocolate mousse shots
• Selection of Teapigs teas & Monmouth coffee
• Slider burgers,mini hotdogs & stone baked pizzas from Dennis time!

“The food is so fresh and tasty with a huge variety. Nothing is repeated from the mains to the accompanying vegetables and salad. I am a vegetarian and had to fight all the meat eaters off my veggie options as they were all so delicious.”
